Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

1. Quality Issues: If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs.
2. Non-Quality Issues: If there is no quality issue, the buyer is responsible for covering the return and exchange shipping costs.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Submit a Request: Please inspect your items within one week of receiving your order. If you find any quality issues, contact us via email (zhuyiwanjia@gmail.com) or WhatsApp.
2. Communication and Confirmation: After contacting us, we will provide you with the return address via email. Please do not send the item back to the original address. We will email you the correct return address.
3. Shipping Cost Handling:
   • Quality Issues: Provide us with a shipping receipt, and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
   • Non-Quality Issues: The buyer will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within five business days after we receive the returned item, and the amount will be credited back to your payment account.

Important Notes on Returns and Exchanges

• Do not return the product to the original shipping address; the correct return address will be provided via email after your request is submitted.
• No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
• Only requests that meet the above conditions will be processed. Applications submitted after the specified period or that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
